What got you into fitness?
I have always been into sports both inside and outside of school whilst growing up, mainly football and tennis. At the age of 18 I decided to take up weight training and get myself in good shape, my main goal over the years has always been to look and feel good about myself. I am willing to have a go at pretty much any sports going, along with any type of fitness training. Socialising is a big part of my life, along with watching all the latest films and chilling with my mates. My short term goals for the future are to progress onto my level 3 Personal training course and become a successful PT. Long term I want to develop my group fitness skills as well as my Personal training skills. I want to excel in classes like Hour of Power and help everyone get good results.
